Job Description:

-Responsible for turning-over rental properties after Guests check-out.

-Ensure all cleaning and sanitizing exceeds Guests expectations.

-Professionally fold towels and rags for future Guests.

-Professionally make beds to Host's specifications.

-Report all damages caused by Guests.

-Use provided checklist to ensure all cleaning and safeguarding requirements are met during each cleaning.

-Keep inventory of all cleaning and toiletry supplies, and report when replacements are needed.

-Neatly place all furniture and decorations back to it's original location.

-Clean property within the allotted timeframe.

-Provide before and after pictures for each cleaning task.

Must Have:

-Valid Driver's License and a Reliable Personally Owned Vehicle.

-Detailed Oriented in Cleaning Duties.

-Customer Friendly and Focused Personality.

-Flexibility during core work hours (11am-4pm Monday to Sunday).

-Ability to work with a team.

Pay: $12.00 per hour (Paid Weekly!)
